Points of interest include a large Eagles nest, a beautiful inlet on Mulherrin creek to explore with a historic railroad bridge, and beautiful scenery and wildlife to enjoy. Excellent trip for beginners and kayakers of all levels.

This is our longest float and the duration averages is 5-7 hours depending on River conditions and the individual paddler.
This float begins at Betty's Island and lets out at South Carthage.
This trip is great for our avid fishermen who love to be on the water all day. Families can bring picnic lunches and enjoy this all day float. There are also many sandbars to enjoy along the way, weather permitting.

Kayak to see one of the best waterfalls in the area! Our Burgess Falls trip meets at Cane Hollow Access . The trip leaves promptly at 10:00AM so arrive early to check in. The kayak, paddle, and PFD will be delivered and picked up from the Cane Hollow Access. Single person and tandem kayaks only. No canoes. Minimum age 10 years old. This is a guided tour. Approximately a 1 hour paddle from Cane Hollow to Burgess Falls. The tour will stay at Burgess Falls for 1 hour, then the 1 hour paddle back.

We own both companies. This is our alternative trip when the Caney Fork River is too high. Sometimes the weather can be perfect, but the TVA is releasing too much water from Center Hill Lake. If we determine the Caney is too swift but the Collins is safe, we can transfer your reservation to our other location. Please see our FAQ section for our cancellation policy about weather conditions.
